POLYURETHANE PROTECTIVE COATING WITH STRUCTURE EFFECT
RANGERS provides great protection against the toughest mechanical (stains, scratches) and chemical damages (oil, salt, gasoline, water). It is resistant to weather conditions (UV filters), corrosion (anti-corrosion agents) and can be used on a variety of substrates. It creates an extremely strong and durable 2K urethane coating recommended for pick-up trucks, heavy-duty commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, caravans, suvs and other vehicles exposed to damage. The product gives a structure effect (from fine to coarse) and is available in black and in a tintable (transparent) version. Colour can be added to the tintable version by the addition of diluting products (detailed instructions available in TDS sheet).
Rangers can be applied with UBS antigravel gun or after thinning with conventional gravity feed gun.
For painting large surfaces it is recommended to apply the product using pneumatic spraying with low feed pump.

VOC for the mixture using a gravity feed gun (3:1+20%) = 530 [g/l]
The share of VOC for the mixture is below 840g/l. These products fulfill the
EU directive (2004/42/WE) that sets the VOC value for this product category
(kat. B/5), as 840 g/l.
